Directions

•Adults and children 12 years and over: •Shake well before using •Take 2 teaspoons (10 mL) every 6-8 hours. •Do not take more than 40 mL in 24 hours. •Children under 12: Do not use. •Do not take more than directed. •If preferred, mix with equal parts honey.
